Who will give my massage?

One of our female massage therapists, assigned by reception based on the treatment you book and the time. We don't publish individual therapist profiles, photos or personal numbers. All bookings go through one number, +971 56 793 8432, so there's always a record and someone accountable.

How is the room prepared?

• Fresh sheets, towels and face-cradle cover for every guest
• Massage table and surfaces wiped down between bookings
• Oils dispensed from pump bottles, not open bowls
• Therapists wash hands before and after each session
• Disposable shorts, used once

How will my therapist communicate with me?

Before starting she asks about pressure, injuries and areas to avoid. During the massage she checks in once or twice, and you can speak up at any time. If you'd prefer silence, say so.

How do you protect my privacy?

Individual rooms, draping with towels throughout, and your name and number used only to confirm your booking. We don't share guest details, and we don't post guest photos.

What standards of conduct apply?

Chameli Spa offers the massages listed on this website and nothing else. Any request for a service that isn't on the menu ends the session. This protects our team and our guests equally.

How are therapists prepared for each technique?

Each therapist is briefed on every treatment she offers: the sequence, the pressure range, which oils to use and the safety questions to ask first. We don't claim formal certifications or medical qualifications we can't show you.
